One Earth Club Camp this weekend was not bad. It was a 2 days 1 night camp which started on Friday evening. I liked the night games where some J2s became 'ghosts' whose roles were to catch J1s and slow their progress in getting clues and completing stations. The J2 ghosts (zeming, skoh, yitao, tue, elson, yingqi and another gal, I forgot her name ops) are fun people so it was pretty exciting!
After camp was ISLE post trip project. We went back to Yong En where we tutored and played a skit for the kids there. And I got 2 wrong answers for a p2 maths paper haha. Fail. Dinner was 1 floor below Yong En and then home sweet home (: Oh yeah I remember the claypot rice stall with the 1 hour queue, which was wth haha.
Chanzz concert was a blast. The last jazz piece is damn coool hahaa. Totally enjoyed it.
ISLE presentation for J1s was not too bad. Although we didn't have enough time to present everything because the previous 2 groups took up most of the time, the video and sharing by Joanne and Viet were good, especially Joanne and her usual humour (:
I just came back from SNYO rehearsal and I am feeling shagged after NAFA trials.
Finishing ISLE board within half an hour was an achievement man! I spent the whole afternoon yesterday doing the quotes, printing photos and trying to find a printing shop haha. And we completed our decorations on the board during breakfast today before assembly. But we still need touchups here and there.
Anyway, school is the same as usual. The OGLs came back. Our class is back to normal. Tutorials and lectures again arghh.
I am playing for Chanzzzz concert tomrrow. It is a combined effort by Chamber Ensemble, Band and Jazz Club. I am not sure how it is going to turn out though since we almost never had any rehearsal.
=Rushing ISLE presentation for the J1s during Wednesday Assembly now >.>=
Take 5 two days ago was not as boring as expected haha. I actually played some booth games, including the daupok ground which is pretty much designed for tedrick. Bride Wars after that at Tampiness was nice! The randomness was not too extreme and the emo factors were just right. I especially liked the scene where the two brides turned and looked at each other.
It is the second day of J1 orientation already. I feel a little nostalgic whenever I see J1s running around and playing orientation games. The good old days haha.
