Class of 09S06W 2008, together always..
Our class is chaotic as usual; I think we are the nosiest class during lecture? Ok la today we have improvement; did not make much noise during Econs lecture. Oh ya for civics, our class went to canteen for a breakfast + admin stuff session. Blau was reading on and on about class finance like a robot. Then we were briefed about class camp in March holidays, 4 man kayaks sound cool haha.
Next is maths tutorial, got back assignment 3, 20/42, which is really bad, but quite predictable judging my current maths standard. Went RI canteen for lunch during free period, talked about random stuff as usual, and Skoh is really knowledgeable ah haha.
Physics.. Is JC study too tough or am I slacking too much? I do not understand physics at all today! Some cheem projectile motion equation which Mr. Sze derived in a few seconds?! Anyway, physics is really brain-exhausting; luckily PE is the next lesson.. We had a talk on weight management and body fats, about bmi and stuff, not too boring haha.
Chem + Maths tests on Thursday, how to finish revising in 2 nights when I have not started anything? Now I am starting to regret not mugging during the past few weeks. All right, shall start chionging now.
Blog! Ok first about Thursday, O2 was really fun and I believe that my og mates enjoyed it too We went to The Roti Prata House for our first station where my og made a random roti prata film clip with two roti pratas for 20 seconds. We were supposed to link Rafflesian Spirit to roti prata, and Macey and Haris were the casts. Haha so random!
After that was the best part! We went to a hawker centre stall named ‘Crazy Ang Mo’ to film a 30 seconds clip, which is about the history of French fries. After asking the stall holders who did not seem to know much, we decided to create our own story. Muz and cake were saying ‘one day, random potatoes droped from a plane and POOF it became French Fries!’. Haha that was quite hilarious.
After making the film clip, Zhe Nan treated us to a chips steak (we are supposed to buy that for that station), it was quite a lot for $2.50! Ok here’s the best part, we were about to leave the stall for the next station when the stall BOSS, an ang mo, came. He is really crazy (that is why the stall is named ‘Crazy Ang Mo’). He walked over and started chatting with us. We took a picture in front of his store and he even offered us a special price for everything in the store! The fish and chips cost $6.50 initially and he is selling for $4, the chicken chop from $6.50 to $4 and many more. It is really so worth it haha, almost everyone ordered from the store!
By that time (around 12), many Cat High students came to the hawker centre as well. I think they had an annual cross country before that. I must say that the ang mo guy is really good at marketing; not only is he very friendly and sociable, he also has a mike with him to announce the orders. While we were having our food, he asked the students in the hawker centre to tell him the opening date of the shop and he will give that person a free lunch for a week. So I went to the stall to look for clues. There was an article about the store which mentioned ‘one month old store’ and the news paper was published on the 28th October. So I decided to try my luck and said 27th September, which unfortunately is wrong. Then a cat high guy said 26th September and that is the correct answer -.-. Ok I was quite unlucky. He also announced an ice cream competition and all of us got free ice creams as a result. Haha what a lunch. Anyway, we had an extremely fun time at that store!
In the end we only completed 2 out of 4(?) stations. Back in school, our og was ahead of time, so I suggested a clapping-repeating names-pig/chicken game, something like concentration, but when you did the clapping rhythms wrongly you will become a level one pig, and you cannot talk to the pig or you will become a pig too. Then Muz was saying pig is not Halal! So we decided to change to chicken, haha, and we became level
O2 rocks! After O2, somehow, I ended up carrying the bow for Hui Yan because she was going back to NY (for wad?). Therefore, I ended up carrying two bows, a bit troublesome ah. Haha anyway Xue Qian, Wang Xiang and I went to Xue Qian’s house to stone before YO. Xue Qian’s house is quite cool, I like the style and the toilet is not bad too. I bathed there and we ate at Tiong Bahru plaza/centre before going to YO. YO was quite enjoyable as usual because of the piece we play – Tchaikovsky Symphony no. 5. So yup that’s Thursday.
Friday –
In order to break the ice between the members, we played some ice breaker games! We got to know everyone better through that. After that, I suggested Captains' Ball and Kevin was like ok set on! This was how we started playing Captains' Ball, and it was good to see everyone participating, but still the guys did not pass much to the girls.
Moving on to the night games, it was some war game-amazingrace game where we need to get past all the stations. In the end our group, consisting of Dom, Lizheng, Yu Zhou En Qi, Joy and Margret was not good at solving riddles like -4 which means 7-11. So we decided to attack others groups instead. We pulled the most number of tails haha. We rocked k! The girls were like more violent than the guys haha... But accidents are hard to avoid and Yu Zhou sprained his wrist when he collided with Kevin. Get well soon mr. fish porridge!
After the night games, everyone bathed and got nothing to do, so some people started playing bridge, some were wandering around the classrooms like me and Yu Zhou, and the others were mugging (o-m-g lolx). I managed to convince Fen Wee, Hong Chuan to stop mugging, and we went for a night walk around the school together with Hui Yan and Yu Zhou instead! It was really an experience walking around the school night. It was so quiet and peaceful unlike the daytime. Oh ya we walked past the small field between PAC and ISH and saw the ODAC people sleeping in tents. They should be having a great time as well! Then we strolled one round around the track and sat at the specs gal playing black magic and similar games. Haha I knew most of them and was tricking the others with Yu Zhou!
Anyway, we returned to the classrooms at 3 plus. Then Fen Wee and I did not feel like sleeping and went to the tables and started talking about random stuff. Haha hat off to Fen Wee who never sleep at all! At least I still slept for 2 hours, barely able to wake up at 7 for breakfast haha. We had sectionals afterwards and captains' ball again. I think all of us really enjoyed the camp! Of course many thanks to the J2s who spent much time and sweat preparing the camp!
YO after camp was nightmare! I was half asleep and made a few glaring mistakes, like pizzing when it is supposed to be arco. And Dinah was laughing away as usual~~
On the way back home, we were playing lame games like black magic again! Why am I always playing these games nowadays?? Ok it was funny to see Theodore taking 20 minutes to get the trick and Jon Koh doing the bang bang bang sign. Haha and the rest of my Saturday was spent dozing off in my bed haha.

My new blog! Haha I'm quite excited. JC life has been interesting and fun so far, my og is nice, my class is fun and my cca people are nice too! Now I have 3 ccas - SNYO, chamber and recrea gym. All 3 rock haha especially recrea gym, we are like going to tear the whole gym down with our flips and handstands, although I still cannot do properly haiz..
Anyway, yesterday night I had rg (recrea gym). I was still trying to do a proper handstand while watching the others trying out lots of advanced stuff. Quite sad huh? But its ok I can do it one day! I hope haha. The PT was fun, we had random convos going on here and there and it was funny haha.
After training, as usual, we went to j8 to eat and met the Raffles Rock guys who just finished their dinner. We played zhong ji mi ma, then kh and zhu tio a lot of times. Haha we knew quite a lot interesting things about each other yesterday night!
Bishan Library looked cool..
Juz came back from bass lesson, tired, oh ya still have to finish maths assignment 3 by tonight! Cyallz~
